Shipping and Payment

Domestic Shipping

• Orders that are received by Klasse 4 on weekdays by 12:00 PM are usually shipped the same day. Delivery is carried out by DHL, typically within 1 - 3 business days.
• Shipping costs within Germany are 8.00 EUR per package (up to 32 kg) – for net orders over 200 EUR, Klasse 4 ships free of charge.
  
  

International Shipping

• Shipping costs for international deliveries are calculated at the time of order and charged according to effort. 
• Klasse 4 is represented in numerous countries by sales partners, where you can order directly on-site.

Payment Terms

• Goods are usually shipped against invoice with a 20-day payment term.
• Secure a 2% discount by providing a SEPA basic mandate, and we will collect the amount from your account.
• For international deliveries, shipment is made against prepayment.
