2. Collection and Storage of Personal Data
2.1 When Visiting Our Website
When accessing our website, information is automatically sent to the server by your browser and temporarily stored in a log file. The following information is collected automatically and stored until deletion:

- Name and URL of the requested file
- Referrer URL
- Browser, operating system, and access provider

The data is processed solely to answer your inquiry and for administrative purposes. Legal basis: Art. 6(1) lit. f GDPR or Art. 6(1) lit. b GDPR if for contract purposes.
The data is deleted after final processing unless legal retention obligations apply.
2.3 Newsletter Registration
With your consent (Art. 6(1) lit. a GDPR), we send newsletters using a double opt-in procedure. Your email and ISP data, date, and time of registration are stored to prevent misuse. You can unsubscribe anytime via the link in the newsletter or by contacting info@klasse4.de.
2.4 Shop Registration
For our online shop, a password-protected account may be created including order overview and active orders. Data such as company, name, email, phone, delivery and billing addresses is processed for contract fulfillment (Art. 6(1) lit. b GDPR) or potential customer processing (Art. 6(1) lit. f GDPR). Data can be deleted upon request, unless legal retention obligations exist.

5. Tools Used on the Website
5.1 Google Maps
We use Google Maps (Google LLC, USA) to display interactive maps. Visiting pages with embedded maps transmits information like your IP to Google servers in the USA. If logged in to Google, data may be associated with your account. Google’s Privacy Shield ensures EU-level data protection.
5.2 YouTube
YouTube code is loaded to embed videos. JavaScript may transmit data to YouTube. Use of blockers or disabling JavaScript prevents this.
