Conditions of participation for 3D printing courses

The following conditions apply to participation in the 3D printing courses offered:

• The number of participants is limited to 12. Registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. You have the option to be placed on the waiting list for a specific date if the course is fully booked.
• The course fees are due for payment without deduction within 20 days of receipt of the invoice, but no later than the start of the course.
• You can withdraw from the course up to 30 days before the start of the course by paying a cancellation fee of €40. If you withdraw no later than 15 days before the course, you will be charged 50% of the course fee. If you withdraw later, you will be charged the full course fee. There will be no charge for providing a substitute. If the Class 4 spot is filled by a person on the waiting list, you will only be charged the cancellation fee.
