A good model is the foundation for any good dental technician work. Therefore, it is important to us that the dental technician can rely on their working base. For good models, the technician needs good plaster. And plaster is not just plaster.  

We guarantee that we use highly pure raw plasters from the food industry and from nature for the production of our specialty plasters and only add the additives that are beneficial for the processing and the result of your work. Therefore, you will not find any fragrances or other unnecessary additives in our plasters.

Snap-set setting behavior
Long working time and fast setting are no longer a contradiction:
Rocky Mountain, Speedy, and the hard plasters of the STAR line were developed so that you have a sufficiently long working time and still can demold very quickly afterward.

Our branded products are subject to strict quality checks. In addition to industry-standard quality tests, we test, for example, each batch of the three-bath investment material in various applications additionally in an independently operating laboratory.  Only when it passes the practical tests is it approved for filling. This ensures the technician a high batch consistency and thus more safety in processing.

The high-quality silicones from Klasse 4 are characterized, among other things, by excellent mechanical properties. The technician notices this among other things because no more setting-back times have to be observed for duplicating silicone. In addition to faithful reproduction of details, the quality difference, e.g., in kneadable silicone, is immediately noticeable through the easy trimming and smooth surface. This quality improvement is achieved by improving the formulation, resulting in a reduction of fillers. The specific weight of the silicones is significantly lower. Numerous developments and product improvements that lead to better work results, time and cost savings, and also more joy at work have been implemented based on suggestions and in collaboration with our customers.
